2. Body Corporate Secretary - Body Corporate Administration (BCA) is employed by the Monterey Body Corporate to administer all secretarial matters including insurance and fees and financial management. Body Corporate Fees are paid quarterly in advance. They can be paid fortnightly or monthly as long as they are current on due date.
3. Monterey Management Ltd - Owner of the management rights for the complex and also the onsite management company. The on site manager is responsible for the maintenance of common property and the smooth running of the complex and is here to help all residents.
